Co-led Material Intelligence — an AI assistant that let designers search and evaluate thousands of fabrics without needing expert support, significantly reducing time from inspiration to sourcing. Drove a 5× improvement in 3D asset processing speed that unblocked adoption across the customer base.

Initiated an ESG carbon tracking module for digital fabric sourcing — one of the first in the space.

Launched an AI powered support chatbot on WhatsApp and web that cut CS workload 30% — at a time most B2B companies hadn't touched conversational AI yet. Rebuilt the design editor from the ground up, cutting storage 90% and boosting adoption 40%. Built B2B vendor communication tools that streamlined order coordination directly inside the platform.
